At Mocha Southern Belle, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, custom designs that perfectly embody our brand's southern charm and elegance. Our design process is thorough and collaborative, ensuring that every creation aligns with your vision and our brand ethos. Below is a detailed outline of our design process and timeline.

Step 1: Initial Consultation and Payment

  • Process: The journey begins with an initial consultation where we discuss your needs, preferences, and ideas. This conversation sets the tone for the design.

  • Timeline: Typically conducted within a week of your inquiry.

  • Payment: Before we embark on the design process, a payment of $97, our base price for a custom design, is required. This payment is non-refundable and covers the initial costs of creating your design.

Step 2: First Draft Creation

  • Process: Based on the information gathered during the consultation, our designers will craft the first draft of your custom design. This draft aims to capture the essence of your vision.

  • Timeline: Expect the first draft within two weeks after the initial consultation.

Step 3: Review and Major Revision

  • Process: Once you receive the first draft, we encourage you to review it thoroughly. This is the stage for a major revision, where significant changes can be made to the design.

  • Timeline: We ask for your feedback within one week of receiving the first draft. The revised draft will be provided approximately 1-2 weeks after receiving your feedback.

Step 4: Second Draft and Minor Adjustments

  • Process: The second draft will be presented after implementing the major changes. Here, you can request up to two minor adjustments, such as color changes, font adjustments, or minor layout tweaks.

  • Timeline: Feedback for minor adjustments should be given within three days of receiving the second draft. The third draft, with minor adjustments, will be delivered within one week.

Step 5: Final Draft and Approval

  • Process: The final draft incorporates all your feedback. This is the stage for you to review and give your final approval.

  • Timeline: We expect your final approval within three days of receiving the last draft.

Step 6: Delivery of Final Design

  • Process: We will prepare the final design files in the necessary formats and deliver them to you upon your approval.

  • Timeline: The final design files will be delivered within three days of your approval.

Note:

  • Revision Policy: The design process includes one major change and two minor changes. Any additional changes beyond this may incur extra charges.

  • Designer Error Corrections: If a correction is necessary due to an error on our part, it will be made promptly at no additional cost.

  • Communication: Prompt and clear communication throughout the process is vital to ensure timely delivery and your satisfaction.
