Return Policy

All sales are final on ALL items.

Each Mocha Southern Belle order is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives at your doorstep in pristine condition. If, however, you receive your order and find it damaged from shipping or have any issues with it, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please note that variations may occur during the design process.  


  • We are not able to accept address changes after an order is placed, so please double-check the delivery address before submitting your order.  


  • If your items arrived damaged or you received the wrong items, please email us at within 7 days of delivery. In the email please give your name, order number, nature of the issue, and attach a photo. We will not be able to process a return if the items have been used


  • All sales for custom orders are final! 


  • There are no refunds on items purchased at a discount or sale.


  • There are no refunds on beaded bracelet jewelry. Beaded items can be adjusted if sizing is inaccurate. If your bracelet is broken, it must be returned within 7 days after delivery. Personalized items can not be refunded. Personalized items will receive an approval picture to the email address entered before shipping.


  • If your personalized item arrives damaged, we offer a 7 day period in which your item can be replaced. If there is an error done on our part will make the corrections and/or process a refund. 


  • Additional shipping and a $12.00 resizing fee will be charged on beaded bracelet orders if the incorrect size is selected. For returns for resizing click this link: 

If you receive a defective item, you may exchange it, if it is in stock, or receive a store credit. You must initiate the process within seven (7) days of receipt.  You will have an additional seven (7) days for us to receive the item back.  After 14 days from the point of delivery, no exchanges or store credits shall be considered or accepted.

Purchases made from a gift certificate will be refunded by an online store credit.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


The buyer is responsible for contacting to initiate the return process. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Please allow up to 2 weeks from the time you mail your order for the return or exchange to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return or exchange has been processed.

Mail that is returned due to an incorrect address will have to pay additional shipping to be shipped again.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
